I thought this was going to be about those KFC wrap things. Those are really good.
I've never been in a twister, but in New Orleans we'd have hurricanes and tropical storms. Except for the lives they ruin, they are pretty cool because I love rain. We got 2 feet in 2 days once. Pretty cool.
Damn, until I read this thread I really wondered what it'd be like to see a twister in person.... now I'm not so sure...The last time I was in the US (Ohio) there were some tornado warnings for nearby counties, but all we got were some heavy lightning storms.
British weather is incredibly tame in comparison. I think the only tornadoes ever seen around here, have done about as much damage as a gale force wind, just the odd roof gone bye bye. The last big weather thing was a hurricane back in 86. It made one of our weatherman pretty famous, because the day it happened he claimed to the country that we definitely wouldn't have one. My family slept through it, my Dad even went to go to work the next day, left the house and came back 5 minutes later when he realised there were fallen trees everywhere.
I feel asleep during the storm today, right after the Hail came, It broke a birds wing I think Or It just doesnt know how to fly...its hoping around in my barn right now...
