Here's what I came up with. Granted, Hello Kitty's iconographic anatomy make things interesting (no digits, neck, or joints to speak of). I'm not sure what you want to do with it, so I left one on white, and did a quick, hellish b/g for the carnage Master Kitty would no doubt wreak.

Jesus, man. That's amazingly cool. You should clip the ears and send it to Bungie. I wouldn't be suprised if they didn't want to build a commerical for Halo 2 around it or at least another line of Master Chief toys.
