Just downloaded this. This is a great find! I only ever played this game on NES and it is so much easier with a mouse. The graphics are way better too.

I like how they randomly inserted star wars music into Zak and took out the original theme...

Ok, I took the whole 10 minutes it takes to try and beat this game and I'm disapointed.

-The timing for everything is off. In the NES version, when the Meteor Police say they'll be there in 5 minutes, he cuts it pretty close to 5 minutes. Deluxe? Almost a minute. It threw off everything for me.

-The password for the inner door is either changed or they make you actually turn the circuit breakers back on, something I hated doing in the original to begin with. It's the only thing really stopping me from beating it at the moment.

-Abuseable glitches no longer work, like giving Green Tentacle pepsi, leaving, then coming back and hes not there anymore. I also doubt that the frozen-Edna glitch no longer exists. I probably shouldn't be complaining about them fixing glitches, but I really liked those glitches

Overall it's still pretty good..but I think that if I could just play the NES version with a mouse I would be happier.

Why don't you just, y'know... play one of the old PC versions?

Because I don't have a computer from 1992 capable of running that DOS beast.

It doesn't have to be the DOS version. You could play emulation of another computer like the Amiga.
