Tonight's episode....damn. So good. The producers totally freaked out. Now THAT is reality TV. Next week is a 90-minute special ep, and the original Schmo drops by for a visit.
My theory about how they'll handle the Ingrid situation:
They keep her on, but she has to play along and help reel Tim in. Considering it's either her or Ambrosia it's pretty much a no-brainer.
Cammy's staying on simply for the sex appeal, which I don't mind one bit...
wanted to remind everyone who's following the show that the time was changed for some reason. next episode is on 11.05pm monday.
So much has gone on since the last posts, Ingrid knows, new Schmo, Bryce is the man (check the av). I'm still hoping he comes back, at least he'll be there for the end. The way Ingrid was kicked off was awesome as well. i'm pretty certain she's coming back as part of her story arc. I was dying when the new girl spoke up about it being Ingrid's "other" grandfather. She played right into it.
Eleanor blew me away. Like Tim said, "she's the female Bryce", and he's right. She and Bryce are the two most convincing actors on the show, and that goofy face she made behind Tim's back was priceless.
This is the best show on TV right now. Bryce has been killer, but Cammy has been great as well. That Porked and Beans video was hilarious, the full version better be an extra on the DVD.
So much went on this week, can't wait for the next episode.
The finale looks incredible, looks like they're really going all out. I'm hoping something unexpected happens this time, like Tim getting upset after the big revealing.
The preview made it pretty clear that Tim is going to get PISSED. At least that's what i got out of it.
I thought Gerald and his water socks were the best part of last episode. I love the part where Tim is talking in his room, tells how he went up to Gerald and asked him if he's done a danceoff before, and Gerald's replay was something like "Oh yeah! I'm like 7 and 0.". Or Gerald's line about the watersocks "the other thing that distinguishes my watersocks from any other watersocks is that they have completely disappeared."
One of the marks of a great comedy to me is quotability, and this show has tons of it. More people should be watching.
I knew it. I just knew they were going to take it well. Bryce's intervention spoiled everything. It would've been better if there was some drama, like Tim walking out of the room all pissed during the tape screening.
Great season all around, even if the end was rather crappy. Definitely picking up the DVD when it hits.
