I was held at gunpoint today and was forced to swear that I would vote for Punch Out. For fear of being murdered I will, as soon as I can narrow down some other choices. Picking games out of such a great lineup as the NES has is a very hard thing to do.

If they're not gonna release Mother 1+2 here, they could at least put out Mother 1 as part of these rereleases, considering the translation was finished when they scrapped it.

I agree. Nintendo makes this silly survey and they left the one NES-to-GBA port that everyone wants. Not only do they have both Mother games already ported, they have them translated too (in fact, the version of Mother 1 used in the GBA port was actually a retranslated NES version). All they need to is replace the original Japanese text with the English text)

I would've voted for Metal Gear if it wasn't for the fact that the NES version was a rather badly compromised version of the superior MSX version to begin with. In fact, I much rather have Snake's Revenge rereleased (it was a good game, fuck the haters) before seeing the NES Metal Gear again.
