4-in-1 Action Replay. Easily found on eBay. Plays all imports I can think of.

The best solution is to just order the Action Replay 4M plus from NCSX, they take care of it for you.

New 4-in-1 cards shipping from NCS starting today will have the mod implemented. (Revision: April 16, 1998)
