No he shouldn't do that. Paying for a kid is way too blunt. There are other ways, which I will not mention because I'm not going to put much thought into this post and just not like something because it may offend people who need to be snapped back into shape, to deal with these issues.
Bill Cosby pointing them out so people will realize and then financially doing something about it is thr wrong course of action. It's a joke. He will hurt peoples feelings.
