Thread: Working Sega Saturn emulator

  1. Working Sega Saturn emulator

About 2 days ago, a new saturn emulator called Cassini was released. It requires a bios, but other than that, almost all the games I have work perfectly, with only a little slowdown during FMVs. The website has a large compatibility list, in case you're curious if your games work.
www.classic-games.net updated every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

  2. i thought there was a hacked GiriGiri floating around that worked very well..

    is this one better?
MK2 on XBLA plz - let the unfolding of gameplay begin!!

  3. It's gotta be. Girigiri's hard from perfect.

I'll give this a shot tomorrow.

  4. Thanks. It doesn't like my shitty 1.4GHz, but I managed to get it to work.

Oh, God, Tain's doomed tomorrow then.

If it runs terrible on a 1.4, that thing's pretty requirement hefty.

  6. I was running an Pentium-450 compatible until five or six weeks ago, so to hear a 1.4GHz described as "shitty" is strange.

Otherwise, this is great news. I've been waiting to play Saturn games on my PC. I have two Saturns, but I like my computer chair.

  7. link please

  9. is this one of those emu where you need to run the games on your PC CD rom?

  10. Looks like this is a modified Girigiri.

On my terrible machine, I haven't noticed any difference in performance. At least it's easier to set up.
