Machamps seismic slam looks bannanas. It basicaly drops a globe onto your oponents pokemon, complete with a couple of continents breaking off and shifting to the bottom. Best attack evars.

Yea, Psychic Pokemon were really strong in the first games. I remember building a godly Mewtwo and breezing through Pokemon Stadium.Originally Posted by rezo
But I think the problem with Pokemon (as I remember it) is that main game is simply not enough challenging and does not reward wasting all the time spent on developping new combinations / teams / builds. Dueling is another story but as you guys mentionned, the real action is online and not inside the actual Pokemon games.
An online Pokemon Stadium / Colosseum would certainly make lots of money, and yet Nintendo has claimed so far that it can't make money with online games. A simple "matching service" would do the trick, and a "game based" online world like Diablo 2 would totally rock!
I guess Nintendo only wants to use online gaming as another way to make money instead of offering its as an extra benefit to cater to the needs of (mainly) the hardcore consumer base.
