I'm assuming next week will be 7 axons, but who knows. People sure are going for them though. Several have hit 3 already, and one hit 4. 62 days to go until Halo 2. I've been kind of blind that Dana mentioned the Covenant on her blog, so that's a true Halo (or Alias) tie-in.

I posted in the Official H2 thread that I think this whole things is a way to introduce the Covie invasion of Earth. Introduce some characters, try and get the "audience" interested in them and then kill most of them off.

We now know that a ship called the Apocalypso crashed out of Slipstream space near Luna, and that it might not have been alone. Current speculation on the Wiki is that the Apocalypso is the Operator's ship that crashed.

Well, the Operator's shipped crashed. People are surmising that the Apocalypso crashes on Earth this week or next week.

er..im not sure if u guys know about this. i assume u have but many 'conversations' between the princess and the flea who are supposedly the ones fiddling with ilovebees.com have been uncovered, this one by solving a riddle. anyway the converation started with the word creepy, which while it is used in the .wav files could just be a happy coincidence, but included in the conversation, less coincidentally was this: So there was this guy, saying, wouldn't it be creepy if someone was listening to us right now—and of course I WAS listening to him! And I got to thinking, what if someone was listening to ME? And what if someone else was listening to THEM?

so thats pretty obvious what she is thinking about, so wat my guess for one reason is that, the princess and the flea were on the apocolypso (i only think that cus the apocolypso seems to be kinda important) and they are now monitoring peoples chatters, obviously.

we've been doin real well so far, gettin the phones answered and piecin all this together lets keep up the good work ppl

Ok, Kamal had a sister who was incredibly gifted. In a class of her own. Then, at some point, she died of a genetic defect. Sounds a hell of a lot like what happened with the Spartans. They were taken as young children in the middle of the night, and replaced with flash clones that would die a few years later (due to genetic defects arising from fully cloning a human and rapid growth to appropriate age).

Now, I doubt that his sister was taken for the program. Assuming this ARG is taking place shortly before the Covie invasion of Earth, the Spartan II program would have been under way for quite some time when Kamal's sister died. Now, several admirals and certain parts of ONI were very interested in the foundations of the Spartan program (find excellent specimens, and train them from a young age and enhance their abilities). Surely some other group chose to do their own take on the Spartan program after it's early successes. Just a thought.

yeah i agree. it sounds quite alot like the spartan II program. but if i remeber correctly, its been a while since i read FoR, but i think they were talkin about having another go at the program.
