I don't think you can get banned... they just delete offensive/gibberish/text only pictures. You can still draw more or create a new account or whatever.

Update! I drew one caled "Apple Blossoms In Springtime" which had a muchroom cloud, and said "OMFG Nuclear War".

It got deleted.

Yeah, someone I know drew one with a city being bombed, that said "WMDs are fun", and his was deleted too. It's pretty stupid.
