...pick one platform over another if you could only get one system. This scenario might actually play out in the DS vs PSP battle, since I think people are less likely to support two portables than two (or three) consoles.

I'm sure this will come as a shocker to everyone, but whoever gets a 2D Castlevania first gets my $150, $200, $300, or whatever. There has been no more consistently good series of the course over the last 20 years than Castlevania. When even the bad ones (think N64) are decent, you know you have a winner on your hands.

That last one makes me giggle, but MS Games Studios has really stepped it up and for their racing games alone, I'll follow them.

Yeah, I'm gonna have to go with Castlevania as well.

The main reason I bought a GBA was to play Circle of the Moon.

Whoever gets the next Elder Scrolls game gets my money, assuming it's equal to the PC version.

Castlevania would also be a big pull for me, but only if the series had a big change in gameplay. From SOTN to AOS, I've gotten a bit tired of this style. At the very least, it needs to get outside the castle again.

Enlighten me. Digital Illusions made Rallisport 2 and Bizarre Creations did Project Gotham 2. What am I missing here?
