Thread: Special Metroid Prime GameCube Bundle

  1. I JUST bought my system last week... hopefully they'll let me "Return" it.

  2. We just got them in today at Gamestop and I took one of the display boxes home. I'm gonna get it framed on my wall.

  3. Are there movies of the demo up anywhere?

I would say at least redo the little black disk on the top cover with something Metroid-y... but yeah, NOA sucks =/

Eh, Metroid's primary color scheme doesn't lend itelf to a good looking themed console, as evidenced by this:

And I'm not a fan of the little black disc having a design, save for maybe the Fox-Hound MGS one. It looked really tacky on the ToS one.

  6. From what I've heard, the Cube in this bundle doesn't have progressive scan output.

Yet it's bundled with a game that does!

    Way to go NOA!

  7. I sold two of these fucking bundles today. I feel dirty.

  8. What games can be registered, anyway? I've got a bunch of 'Cube games, but none but two of the bastards by my count have that stupid code-thingy. I hardly call that fair.
...and I think I can wait on playing Metroid Prime II if it means I don't have to pay for... Nintendo Power. Yech.

Why would one system have it and not another? It's just a cable that you buy anyway. I just exchanged my GameCube for this bundle, so I hope I didn't lose out on my Progressive Scan support (have yet to order the cable from NOA).
