Dressing like a whore isnt a requirement; just a mind numbingly accepted convention. When you dont have any style, overdo it in the sexuality dept and you will be accepted by the general population of clubgoers. Nevermind you being an idiot, cause everyone else is an idiot too!

I wasn't really talking about her, I wasn't there so I don't know the situation or her for that matter. I was just talking about the rare times I do go to a club. I'm not the kinda guy who absolutely has to get laid every night so I don't go after the skanky looking easy chicks. I really like it when I do get to see a girl's body for the first time after I've known her for a bit and I'm blown out of the water. It's sexier if they can hide it well enough that I'm surprised when I do see 'em. A cute face is really all I'm on the lookout for anymore.

I went to some clubs in my time, the last time I went was to this one in Hollywood... really hip, trendy, right next to Mann's Chinese Theater. I went with my two friends, one a guy and one was a girl. For one thing, they pulled us into this line with all the other schlubs and we stood around for like 40 minutes watching all the beautiful people walk in. I noticed the other schlubs were paying the dude who was monitoring our line to let us in, so I went over there and started to talk to this girl who was monitoring the line, and she let us in.

Once we were in there, like every woman was an import-model type. Like half-naked, glitter in the hair, boob jobs, etc. Yea they were hot but after a certain point all that plastickness just started to look disgusting.

Anyway, in the club, you know, it was loud as hell, two dance floors, mad people around, and they had these dancers on poles all around just dancing to the music. it was probably the weirdest thing Ive seen in a long time.

I didnt have too much fun overall... one, because Im not really a dancer (surprise surprise), and two, well... there is no two. I guess thats the big thing about clubs. The dancing. I did, however, hit on a few of the girls who didnt look so fake and got some numbers and all of that. So that was cool and actually the lone high point of the night.

My friend dragged me to that place because he likes to dance... I told him afterward never to drag me to one of them again. So that should tell you how much fun I had.

Another reason I'm not big on clubs is my hearing. It ain't so good and I'm horrible at reading lips so I miss a lot of the conversations I'm in when the place is really loud. I'm a big fan of the pub type bars, too bad there arn't a lof of girls that are.

i agree with this. everyone else i know tends to not have this problem but i can have a chick screaming right into my ear and i still have no clue wtf they're saying. so the night ends up being "dance, dance, grind, rub.......shout into my ear. i nod and smile back, they usually seem pleased and the night continues".

Everything you've mentionned about clubs is pretty accurate, that's why I rarely go to any. Bars are more for me, I can sit down, have a drink and chat with some people for an hour or so, dance if I wish, and not get grinded/or grind to lift the spirit of the occasion.

Most clubs are also really hot once you get in. The last time I remember going was earlier in the summer, but the minute you get in, its 40+ degrees on the dance floor and shots were 9 bucks a pop. Pass.
