It's scary to think that a woman can put the name of any man she wants at the hospital as being the father.

Atleast in this case, a wrong seems to have been righted.

I've heard of cases where a man happened to have the same "false" name as the woman gave on the birth certificate.

Despite not knowing the woman, he was liable for child support because he had the same name.
