Mai looks exactly the same to me. I hate to be a bitch, but my brother recently brought over KOF2000/2001, and the controls are lose, the engine(s) are sloppy, and the graphics ugly as hell. I always feel like I'm missing out on SNK games until I play one.

This new KOF looks pretty neat, uhhh I mean NEO GEO BATTLE COLLESEUM. None the less I am interested purly for the possible character selection and such. The backgrounds really do look sweet, and that one has a neon sign that says "TOP HUNTER" so he better fucking be in the game with stretchy arms and all.

Yeah, they had better get more creative with the rosters, and not just in a Capcom "bring in sprites from other games that are already done" kind of way. I want new characters from titles that were never touched before - Top Hunter, Shock Troopers, Sengoku, toss in the hero from Crystalis, things like that.
