I can't read Japanese, but at the bottom of the link, it shows the entire roster, and Zanjuro from Last Blade (I think that was his name) and then Eiji next to it, with some writing.

And the writing mostly says "Man, a lot of people would really like these guys in the game!"

edit: Eiji's confirmed as a background fixture in one of the stages, so no matter what the text-blurb there says, it sure doesn't seem like he'll be a playable character.

NGBC, from the loke test reports, sounds like what SvC would have been like if they tried harder to produce a quality game. I'm not enthusiastic about guard cancel front step being back, but the roster is good and they brought back a lot of old characters I'd like to have seen again. A lot could go wrong, but there's a lot about this game that's exciting and I think it has a chance at being awesome.

More interesting than anything Capcom's done in a long time, anyway. Well, hell, even SvC Chaos was better than CFE. I look forward to it NGBC.
