Except VF4:EVO is more akin to VF4 1.5. It really was for the fans who bought VF4.

is just funny. No two ways around it, as great as the game is there's no way on earth it earned the red stripe of the Greatest Hits line.

Why would either be trolling? Both are just opinions stated in such a way to cause a chuckle or such. Neither were directed at anyone, either.
    So, let's drop it, dadgummit.

Saddest hits would do it justice.

That's a phase we should all be out of the moment we stop becoming collectors and start gaming again. I think the only game I've switched the covers on would be FFX but only because I had a friends copy and he didn't mind. In the long run, you pretty much forget about the little green or red strip on the case while you're playing the game. That and the fact that it comes at a bargain, it's beyond me how people still complain about box labelling

  6. Because in some cases, it takes away from the cover art. With some games, it works very well with it. The PH packing rules for pretty much everything though.

    Who plays the cover art?

Not like these covers are works of art to begin with...

  8. No one, obviously. I usually prefer to view the cases with the original art not being obscured by stuff. If Sony had just stuck with a red stripe instead of a black one, I wouldn't give a shit, but the half-oval over the cover art takes away from whatever aritistic vision and beauty was there to begin with.

The Undead Hero begs to differ.

  10. Ah, good ol' Undead Hero MobyGames.com. Maybe you should attach that picture instead.
