I don't see how this is racist. You don't hate these thugs b/c they are black. You hate their corrupt/stupid/ignorant culture. That's not racist.

A lot of people look at these poor examples of black culture and cast it on the whole race. If you deal with these negative stereotypes a lot (like myself), then you start to appreciate (horrible word) why racists become racists.

I've never committed a crime and I'm almost Urkelesque in my blackness, yet I still can't walk less than 10 feet behind a woman of another race without being looked at like I'm going to rape them. Even the fat ugly ones!

There's definitely unfair treatment going on and it's just as ignorant to act like it's not there at all as it is to blame every last one of your problems on it. Both sides of the issue are flawed as fuck.
