Good game & game/anime goods shop in Tokyo?

Going to Japan next week, of course I'll be dropping in on Akihabara, but I was wondering if anyone knew any particular shop in Tokyo that has good rare games or game or anime-related goods (shirts, figures, etc.) that can't be found here. Thanks in advance.

if you go to akiba all of the shops i can think of are pretty obvious. there's a gamers next to akihabara station, there's animate on chuo-doori and it's huge and noticable... the only shops you might not find offhand are volks and k-books. from the exit of akiba station you'll see a shopping center/entrance labeled "my way 2" (in english.) head in there and take the stairs or elevator (on your right, about halfway down) to k-books and/or volks.

Mandarake in Shibuya is insane. It's located underground and is absolutely massive. Filled with everything you could possibly want manga/anime-wise and an okay selection of videogames and merchandise. Definitely a must.

There was also an odd-looking, green-haired cosplayer singing live on stage when I was there...

go to "Yodobashi Camera".....shit loads of electroncs, they're also very popular, so you'll find yodobashi everywhere, you can even buy the damn "yodobashi" song they keep playing in the store, hehehe. The one i went to is next to the Shinjuku metro station, i also remember a cool arcade there, used to play the hell out of "PropCyle" there

there's a mall full of mandarake in nakano. recommended. their website explains how to get to their shops in english, so definitely poke around.
