Most people animation fans pretty much agree that the original Adult Swim line up shows that are still around have pretty much run out of steam. Sealab completely imploded though. It went from some what funny to utter garbage. The show pretty much unwatchable now since all they ever do is purely random trash that devolves into the characters yelling and screaming and making other loud and obnoxious noises for the duration of the episode. And the creators pretty much know that they're making annoying crap and openly say so during some of the episodes. I can't really remember anything worthwhile in this season's run of episodes. I think the best thing they did this time around were the promos they ran for it the "New shows, new shows, if you want to see whats up, you better look below, sealab2021 new shows!" Mc Chris song was great, as was that recent one with debbie and marco singing in brazillian. Other than that it's been a waste of time.

Ok, Watched last two eps of VB, and agree those were good. Some great quotes mentioned above, few cool references to famous movies, and usual VB insanity.

I wonder how they will continue the series, if it does get picked up for another season.

I would definitely buy the episodes on DVD if it meant supporting more of it. I'd also show it to my friends so they can see how great the show is.

All the other Adult Swim shows are more random ass comedy than Venture Bros. If I had to rank them, it'd be Sealab 2021 > ATHF > Harvey Birdman > Brak Show, and the last two are marginally comical guttah trash.

I don't see how you can rate Sealab above Aqua Teen.

Like Regus said, Sealab has degenerated into utter trash while Aqua Teen has been improving since the first episode.

That episode with the Hypno-Germ was hilarious.

Sealab sucks now. All the stuff they make and put in just looks bad. Captain Murphy made that show, he was so damn funny. The robot episode is still my favorite and wasn't that the first episode made or was it the dopplegangers? That one is just as good.
