Between this post and the last game-related death, I'm finding it pretty amusing that neither had anything to do with the standard anti-gamer poster children of Doom, Mortal Kombat, and The Resident Of Evil Creek.

Remember that case a month back where games aren't protected by the first amendment? That's where it's from, one of the games the judge played, despite the fact that it doesn't actually exist.
