actually that is a screencap I took from the new teamxbox video

the game does look to run smoothly in those vids, but you really can't tell if the loss in texture detail is that bad due to the shitty resolution the video is

Unbelievable. I've been playing the hell out of the game and like it a lot, but a 10? The game has plenty of flaws and some very rough edges. Athough, I could see this game taking over a gaming magazine offfices with endless player v. player grudge matches -- very addictive. Then again, maybe they just needed to get serious with the quid pro quo from EA.

On topic: I will buy Oblivion.
