I've been playing the game all day, and man is it the same as 2004, yet just as great!
I get addicted to these Tiger Woods games for well over a month when they come out, and it started today.

Time to try again, and be victorious!
This game is also far superior to previous versions simply because of the Tour Challenge mode. The fact that you can choose to play for 3 to 1 odds before a match if you use Tour Challenge difficulty is a great addition. It adds far more depth to the game, and how you play.

I never liked this series. Does it bother anyone else that rather than reading the green like a sensible golf game, you're just given a distance to guess at? It's like if a baseball game didn't show you pitches, but just said "slider 2 inches off plate" and let you guess where to swing and how much 2 inches was on screen.

No, it never bothered me at all, considering even with the caddy tips, putting is still very challenging. If you could make every put easily I would think otherwise, but that's not the case.Originally Posted by StriderKyo
Also, in Tour Challenge mode if you use all of your Tiger Visions (which show you exactly where to put the cursor, and even still they don't go in everytime), that you have a limited amount of, you get no caddy tips. I beat Goosen last night without using caddy tips the whole time, because I used my Tiger Visions before the 4th hole.

It's not really the difficulty - putting should be hard - it's just that the approach to it never made as much sense to me as say, Golden Tee's.
