I've been very happy with my DS purchase, but then I needed a new GBA anyway. There won't be many compelling reasons to own one until October.

From what I'm reading, stylus compatibility is the only feature that could not have been duplicated on the GBA.

The "dual front" idea is nice but could have been easily implemented in a GBA sequel. And Wi-Fi without internet connectivity is just a fancy way to play multiplayer.

I'm a huge fan of AW but I'm still not regretting my decision not to buy a DS.

Yeah, all the stylus features seem tacked on only to make the system more useful towards Advance Wars DS. Even so, seeing the game use both screens is cool and it'll at least sounds and look better (at leastby a bit).

I still think you should buy one sleeve. It's doubles as a perfected GBA as well as a new system but it's also an investment towards your future!

Got this today. I'm on the tenth mission so far. It's good if you liked the other AWs, but don't expect any more than that. I like the stuff the stuff they added, which is good cuz I thought the additions in AW2 were kind of lame.

The Dual Strike ability seems really useful and powerful. I like it. I'm undecided about the two fronts, however. I've only done one mission that utilizes it so far, and it seemed just ok.

You pretty much NEED this game if you have other people to play it with. I already had a 3 CO wireless battle with my friends today, and it was crazy fun.
