I believe Yoda is fighting Palpatine and that shot is him "underestimating the Emperor's power". When a Sith really taps into the Dark Side, their physical appreance changes, this is why Palp( if that is him) looks strange in the pic. Also this is why Anakin's eyes change in the trailer. Those are some nice pics Jetman. GG looks sweet, its really funny how he dies.
That's actually a decent plot twist, considering that it's obvious, but most would not think of it. Decent storyline development from George Lucas? Pfttt...Originally Posted by gamevet

Fucking seriously. There are a million better ways to tell this story, and a million better stories to tell. Now all the actual interesting shit and character development takes place in between the films, and are then related to us in 3 sentence summaries while everyone is flying somewhere on a cgi ship or standing in some cgi temple in front of cgi nonsense.Originally Posted by toxic

Isn't it the other way around? I never read the books dealing with that but I have a general knowledge on the story. To tell the truth though, I never knew that the Emperor was a clone, although I knew he had clonesOriginally Posted by gamevet

And I won't lie: That shot gave me a big smile.I like how Samuel L. Jackson looks too cool for the rest of the picture.Originally Posted by Mezz
I read one of the books, that took place after ROTJ. Luke confronts a cloned version of the the emporer. He is not right of mind and is somewhat unfocused. The story goes on to explain, that he is a clone of a clone. The story explains the reason he is flawed, is much like a photo copy of a photo copy. You eventually end up with a flawed copy. Perhaps the Senator was cloned and what became of the clone was the evil Palpatine.Originally Posted by Gohron
Maybe the Senator Palpatine isn't as evil or influenced by the dark side as much as the Emporer? The Emporer uses his force powers to control the Senator like a puppet. Everything the Senator does, may seem like a noble idea in his mind, but that is only because the Emporer has tricked his mind into thinking it is?

Who's the old guy to Billy Dee's left (in black)? Palpatine?
Wow, Chewbacca hasn't aged a day. Darth's still looking good too.
That pic of Harrison Ford reminds me that, while looking good for his age (read: he's fucking old), he has no business ever playing Indiana Jones ever again. Don't do it, Harry.
