I understand that but he is supposed to be an arse in general. A few years ago JMS (creator of Babylon 5) said he met him at a comic convention. He basically just said

I didn't even bother to read Kevin Smith's geek out over Episode III. Just for the fact that I can't stand him and also don't want my impressions shaded by his pompous, self important nerd rhetoric. Kevin Smith has never been useful. I caught him on Jay Leno the other day, and he basically said The Lord of the Rings were shit because it was all walking (i guess the huge battles in between the story and walking didn't count). He also seemed upset that someone in LA gave his book a poor review score.

He's reviving Clerks now and he said the reason for it was Jersey Girl. I never understood why Kevin Smith was hailed as a great writer / director with one or two okay movies under his belt.

He also points out how he's fat and bald like 20 times during any given interview. I guess pointing it out makes it more acceptable or something.

At least Lucas is directing and writing the first season. And I LOVE Aayla Secura. Aayla = cutest female alien ever and Amy Allen = hottest former ILM employee ever. Glad she survives RoTS and will be in the show.
