Wow, what a thriller today's been. The Beavers push Denver into OT, Minnie puts Maine away 1-0 in OT, and CC comes from a 3-0 deficit to a 3-3 tie in the third. Wicked good hockey. Go CC.

UNH put away Harvard, and Ohio State is over Cornell 1-0 at the end of the 1st. I'd like to see OH State win, if only because I think Minnesota could better handle them. Cornell is a toughie.

UND vs. BC in an hour. BC had better win.

Wow, CC wins 4-3. Amazing. Cornell and OH State tied 2-2 in the third. UND and BC starting things up in a minute. Go BC, but if UND wins... it leaves the chance of an all WCHA Frozen Four, and that would be badass.

EDIT: What's wrong with you guys on the east coast? Your hockey sucks. UND is up 2-0 in only 5 minutes of play.

EDIT 2: I hate BC. 3-0 Scabs.

EDIT 3: Cornell wins 3-2. They'll play Minnie tomorrow.

Wow. CC gets in, UND gets in, DU gets in, and Minnesota is fighting Cornell to get in. So far, three of the four teams are WCHA teams. If Minnie can pull off a win against the Big Red, we'll see an all-WCHA Frozen Four.

Wicked awesome. An all-WCHA Frozen Four. If I dare hear someone else bitch about the seedings this year, this should quiet them. Absolutely insane. Every #1 seed from the WCHA made it, and UND destroyed the East's #1. Amazing.

All WCHA baby! Its really quite silly how much better the WCHA is over the CCHA and ECHA. That final goal in over time was really nice, goalie really dropped the ball letting it bounce like that off the pad rather than kicking it back out. They should just make it a rule that if its all WCHA that they have to come play in the Xcel, its only natural.

Definetly good to see our conference play well. If there were any doubts how stronger our conference is, they should all be answered now

What's really quite amusing, is that this is a replay of the Final Five consolation/championship games. UND/MN, CC/DU.

Clash: While in general I'd agree, hold the games in the Xcel... but... if they're holding them in the BlueJackets' rink, I'd say keep them there this year. It is, apparently, the only NHL rink nicer than the Xcel. Let the WCHA boys show up and dominate.

Spammy: Yeah, MN really showed up. Thank goodness. They beat the two best defense teams in the nation, in my opinion. They have their work cut out for them with UND, but hopefully they'll give the scabs a nice ticket to the consolation match.

I was really surprised at how Briggs did in the last two games. Really quite amazing.

On another nice note, the Gopher women took home their second straight national championship title. If the men pick it up, it could be a tandem championship.
