IAWTP. For me lost starts no earlier than 9.20.

  2. No, NBC doesn't stream episodes (at least of the Office, only show on nbc i care about). Deleted scenes and outtakes, yes.

And I read somewhere that this year each episode is about 5 minutes shorter because of the extra commercials ABC adds. >: ( In fact, the part where Locke saw the message on Eko's stick was originally supposed to be in the third episode (bear cave rescue).

  9. From the variety article:

According to "Lost" exec producer Carlton Cuse, picking an end date for "Lost" would help the show's creative team to map the next several seasons as they plot the show's thick mythology.

"It's time for us to find an endpoint to the show," said Cuse, speaking Sunday at ABC's portion of the TV Critics Assn. press tour. "It's a struggle for us, because we don't know if we have three years, four years or more to go. If we had an endpoint, then we could figure out where everything goes."
So much for letting them end it after 5 seasons. Cuse and Lindelof need to stop pretending they have as much control over the show as the network. The seven year = even more stretching of whatever small arc they actually have. Bleh.

Oh well, will wait and see how it pans out. All about the waiting with this show after all. I still like the show a lot, but unless the pace improves and they give us some more reveals they will lose even more viewers this year. Which makes ABC even dumber for trying to force 7 seven seasons.

We've got all these cool new elements, Desmond's powers, Penny's team finding the island, the Others cornered into a tight spot, now let's see it all put to good use.
