I hate Michelle Rodriguez so much, and I hate her even more now. What a bloody cunt.
The spoiler was correct. Fuck you motherfuckers.
No more of that in this thread pls.

Barf! Barf! Barf!
That's awesome.
The second I heard a gunshot I knew what happened though; the others whispering was a dead give away that they were all in the same area.
I guessed they were in the same area because they both walked through like the same tall grass area, and then walked into a river bed.
Barf! Barf! Barf!
I kept wanting Eko to beat that witch with his staff every time she opened her annoying, raspy ghetto mouth. Here's hoping kung fu Kate gets to open a can on her in the future.
OK, pretty good episode overall but it was only good because mainly due to surprise, Shannon's flashback scenes (that and Michael and Sawyer seeming to finally admit they are friends or at least don't want each other to die) The ending just made me mad. OK, so we were told "a female character will die and it will be at the hands of someone we know, AND that 'it will be for a very specific reason.' And that "very specific reason' is a random accidental death because of shell shocked loudmouthed Ana Lucia? Unless I underestimating the writers and the arc, the only conclusion I can come to is this was at Maggie Grace's request so she can leave to do more slasher flicks. Maybe we'll get lucky and Sayid will at least try to strangle her or something. Gah. So much for my theory that Kate would be the killer. Oh yeah, and the whole bit with zombie Walt leading them into their path made ZERO SENSE unless zombie Walt has a morbid sense of humor and was thinking "Heyyyyy, I'm gonna lead the Iraqi and the valley girl right into the path of that trigger happy, crazy Latino shrew and see what happens!" GAHHH. Oh well, again Shannon's flashbacks were nice, made her more sympathetic and 'The Other 48 Hours should be intense.

Shannon was shot was becuase Anna thought she was one of the others. That sounds like a specific reason to me.Originally Posted by Dylan1CC
Walt didn't lead her to her death, he was trying to help them find the other group.
OK, yeah, good clarification. I basically agree though, the Others is why I said she was "trigger happy." Anyways, this sucks though, she was starting to be a truly likeable character, it was really admirable how she was willing to risk her life to find Walt.Originally Posted by Opaque
EDIT: Oh yeah and tonight I just realized that the actor who plays Bernard played Larry and Balki's slimy boss on Perfect Strangers. And with Cynthia Watros on the show now, all we need is for them to run into Titus, Dave and Papa Titus and we sitcom fans will have it made. I could definitely see Stacy Keach and Eko whooping some Others' ass together. "Ya wussies!"![]()

I knew who was going to die thanks to the spoilers, but how it happened suddenly clicked with me when they were making Sawyer's stretcher. Kind of sucks, because she was indeed becoming a likable character. Other than her, though, I'm not sure I can think of anybody else I'd be willing to lose, major character wise.
I was glad to see that maybe Michael and Sawyer are going to get along a bit better from now on. Funny enough, I think Michael is the far bigger asshole between the two - I almost don't like him. (In a good, "storyline works" kind of way, not in a bad way.)

I thought it was pretty clear that the "others," or the Island itself, or what the fuck ever else is the source of the whispering orchestrated Shannon's death, and that astral Walt was trying to intervene, but unfortunately ended up playing right into their/its hands instead when Shannon failed to heed his warning to shut up.Originally Posted by Dylan1CC
This show so rocks, and it sucks that someone else had to die.. especially the person that did...
