This was much more interesting than episdoes 2 and 3 IMHO. Sawyer episodes always deliver and his con flashbacks are fun to watch. Nice to see he had a heart in the end for his daughter (although I would verified a bit more that mom was telling the truth first before setting up a 10 mil trust fund, ya know?)

Well, he was only getting a comission on the 10 mil, not the whole thing. And I think what he did was more of a way to make up for what he did to the mother, though he seemed pretty convinced the daughter was his, despite trying to hide it. It was a gutsy act from a guy who ignores his emotions.

100% agreed. Also reminds me of the time in S1 when he called off a con last minute when he saw they had a young son.

The fellow who played the warden is quite the mean looking character actor, have seen him many other places. Doesn't he do some independent writing and directing also?

I really wanted to see Sawyer zap the shit out of Ben. That would have been great. I really do hate the Others, regardless of their motivation. They've done a lot of terrorizing, they deserve anything bad that happens to them (I say that because I want some damn explainations already).

Oh, how haven't they seen the other island yet? Is that on a side of the island the survivors haven't explored? Didn't Sayid walk all the way around the island?

I agree. Jack shouldn't have helped them try to save the woman, and he shouldn't help the person with the tumor either. I was glad the girl died, she deserved it. They really need to start telling us the Others' motives because they just act rediculous. One second they're total dickholes, next they want to be nice and get Jack's help, then they're beating Sawyer and screwing with him, and after that they're taking him to gaze at the scenery and be friends. I don't get it. I didn't get the whole point of Sawyer's trip to that island. If i were him I'd have pushed Ben right off the cliffs at the first chance. The Others were cooler when they were superpowered zombie animal people.

I feel like that island isn't reachable, or visible from the other island because of some sort of electromagnetic barrier preventing them from doing so. Which is why Michael had to drive the boat at a specific bearing to leave the island. That's just my guess though.
