Hey, glad you liked em. Simple sums up promise ring well. They use a lot of repetition, but like in a good way. Anyways, yes the little bit of halo that I played was quite good. I swear the twins won't stop untill they beat it...I hear it in the background right now.

The lack of news regarding Portishead is just painful, I want a new album so bad. Also, even though they're working on it now, Garbage needs to make albums quicker, I can't help it, I love the 3 records they've put out, chalk it up to partial nostalgia for listening to them in high school. They've been around since 1995 and have only released 3 albums! Wtf...

Beth Gibbons released a solo album. While it certainly is nothing like Portishead, I still love her voice. The new P-Head album has supposedly been being recorded for years now. It is simply my most anticipated album ever, period.
