So, I went to a pretty big halo lan with prizes and shit, and it was pretty fun. They had the consoles hooked up to projectors, so each person had a fucking massive screen. only problem was my projector was way too dark (could barely see people in the shadows on coagulation).

The prizes were given to random places, such as 9th or 3rd last, to make the people shitter at the game feel good. I was expecting it to be a piece of cake, but it turns out that this huge black guy in my area is actually competing in the halo nationals. He managed to win almost every game by 5 kills or so on average.

My brother scored a $50 voucher for a game store for coming 9th (slayer on coagulation). He did it on purpose by flying in the banshee until someone knocked him down to 10th, then he'd quickly kill 2 people and return to cruising around the level. Every other game he was somewhere in the top 4 (me, him, his friend and the black guy).

I got my 30 in slayer and I was one game, or shit even a tiny sliver away from my 31, then I lost 3 games, not all in a row, but still.

Oh well, I'll get my 31 later.

Finally hit my 20. Hooray.

Win percent means nothing unless you always go in with the same team.

I mean, if I only waited till I had a top brass team to go in with, I'd have an 80% win ratio, but I've started going in by myself if I have some experience on my level and in those games I usually just go 50-50.

I got my 18s back after some hideous games. Sad that I almost had my 20 last weekend and now I'm fighting to keep the 18.

My ratio for wins is abysmal, especially in Team Slayer. I don't really worry about it. Luck of the team draw, often times.

Had a good BTB game today, went 18-1 with a Killtacular and all on Containment. Yay.

Played a few games with Tojokun and his friend and got up to 18 on Team Slayer. Had some great games, and even dominated in one game where our 4thman dropped at the very beginning and still beat down these guys who tried to talk shit after the match.

Played 9 slayer games, won 6 and lost 3, oddly enough ended up in the same spot I was before while fries went up two levels and armyman went up 1.

Whatever, I was negative before, but now I'm just even.

Well, I've been sucking for the past couple of days, so I'm going to stop playing for awhile.
