On another forum I flat out said that if Bush would win the popular vote and Kerry the electoral I wouldnt feel Kerry deserved the presidency and early this morning I send the following email(and cross posted it in my LiveJournal) to a friend of mine who is a Bush supporter in Iowa:

The American people have spoken and even though I might not like what they have said its time to move on.

Unlike 4 years ago when Gore shouldnGÇÖt have thrown in the towel, should have litigated against Harris and Jeb for all he was worth, Kerry should end this now.



Bush has his second term, he didnGÇÖt achieve much in his first one, Afghanistan is still a mess, Bin Laden is still at large, Iraq wont be solved any time soon, the economy is down the crapper(which actually benefits me whenever I visit the US, under Clinton 1$ used to be 1.3Gé¼, that has been reversed now so everything is mad cheap for me).



Its put up or shut up time, personally I donGÇÖt believe he will be able to achieve anything from his ambitious projections.

In the end that is not important though because perception is stronger then reality and perception is what made him win a second term.



People perceive him as strong on terrorism yet the extend of the damage he has done wont be fully known for another two decades and despite claims by conservatives that no terrorist acts have been committed on US soil since 9/11 reality shows us otherwise(Richard Reid, Anthrax scare(the Anthrax was actually traced back to an Iowa military laboratory), two sniper cases a teenager who crashed a small airplane in an apartment building and a few other incidents strangely all seem to have not existed when talking with most
conservatives)

I could go on about almost all of his platform points in which he and his cabinet donGÇÖt let reality get in their way.

I wont.



So like I said the American people have spoken so lets just accept their voice and move on.
