Yes, I know this has already been posted in other forums, but I think this one deserves to be on the Music Discussion board as well. Anyway, we covered the theme song from the game Katamari Damacy, and it is available for free download @ www.coreyvscorey.com. Enjoy, and let us know what you think. I anyone has a request for another vid game theme song let us know. I personally am thinking of the boss music from the Gradius series. I have been playing Gradius V alot recently, and noticed that the theme song is the same (although updated) as it was in Life Force, one of my all time favorite shooters. I'm not too big a fan of horizontal shooters, but the Gradius series is fucking great.
Were not getting stuck with it, we just like to do that stuff for fun as free pre-releases to our full length album, which will be out in March 2005. If it wasn't fun, and it was what we were focusing on, then I might feel like I was being stuck with it. The album is taking months (as it should) to record, produce and mix, so taking a few days off to do a "fun" project is actually pretty fucking cool. Plus you guys get free rock covers of cool ass vid game music. Sorry about the number of threads, I am a self promoting whore
