There's a whole mess of Easter Eggs on disc 2, and they're all accessed the same way; on all the menus with animated schematics playing in the background (like the main menu), wait a while and a little silhouette of Syndrome's robot will appear in the top right corner. When it appears, hit right to highlight it and then press enter. There's about 5 or 6 on various menus throughout the disc, they range from Brad Bird's tribute to buttons and doors (and explosions) to to a sock puppet digest version of the movie to random footage of a Pixar employee riding a scooter and getting knocked on his ass when someone kicks a huge ball at him. Fun times.
