http://www.statemedia.net/index.php used to have what I believe are all the skits made by the State (although I'm not sure if they had Porcupine Racetrack), but since it's on a bandwidth exceeded kick right now I'm not sure if it's still up. The only problem is that all the videos are incredible tiny (no, really, they're pathetically small).
