    Body fat percentage is hard to control. I gave up that battle long ago.

    Arms over 20 inches is gonna be hard to get. That is going to be based on years of work. I was close to breaking 20 inches in my prime, never did though. I was able to curl the 80lb dumb's for my last 2 sets. And did a straight bar curl of about 150 at that time. Forearm splints eventually ruined my hopes of reaching that goal, god damn that shit is painful. Have you started to get stretch marks yet. Those suck balls. My arms look like shit now due to lifting and now being out of the game for awhile.

  8. lol, yeah. only quick way to get the arms at 20 or above is to juice, and there's no way in hell im doin that shit. last thing i need are dried up nutsacks. apparently a good balance of creatien and whey protein is a safe way to bulk up, but you have to stay on the whey protein while taking creatine for the effects to last.

    yes, stretch marks suck, and yes splints suck ass(had them in my shins)
