Mine is spoiled rotten. She WILL NOT eat dog food. She only eats whatever we're eating. If we don't give her table scraps, she'll starve herself before eating the countless different kinds of dog food we've given her.

Is it common for male pugs to sound like a dying vaccum when they growl? A buddy of mine years back had a male/female pair of pugs, the male (Baxter) would do nothing more than sleep on the couch and let out this pussy growl when you ask it questions. It sounded kind of like "VWURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR VWURRRRRRRRRRRRRR". Just something I've always wondered...

Yes. Absolutely. One of the trademurks of the Pug breed is they're all born with breathing problems and super congestion. Fucking gross gross ugly dogs. My grandparents have an obsession with them. Not only do they have 4 pugs, they have STATUES of pugs all over the house.

I know someone who has a couple of French Bulldogs and they snort and make fart like noises like there's no tomorrow. French Bulldogs and Pugs are sweet good natured breeds but man..what is up with those sounds they make. <snort> <fart> <snort>

Otis makes tons of facefart sounds, sprays mist when exhaling, sneezes, burps in his mouth, etc. all the time. When he growls, he'll make a lot of noise, but not sounding like the one described. He's cute as shit.
