I liked being able to sheath my sword. I wish all sword play action games let me do it. And you can for SURE jump out of the water and stealth kill people. I don't recall excatly how but I remember my bro and I killing fools that way on the last level.

  2. One thing that worries me is that the usual composer of the series, Noriyuki Asakura, only did one or two songs for Fatal Shadows. Someone else did the rest of the score.

Asakura's soundtracks are amazing (one of the reasons I don't like Tenchu 2 is because the idiots at Aquire decided it would be a great idea to include NO MUSIC WHATSOEVER in the levels), and I hope the new guy is up to the task.

Yeah, the ceiling move is in the PS2 rev as well. That's a cool ability, and came in really handy several times.

Ninja Vision is probably the most useful ability by far, however.

  8. I'll get this when I can get it for $5, like Tenchu 3 for Xbox, which is fun on Live, although the controls are sloppy, hopefully that isn't the case with this game.

They're just as bad. You see the point about this game fixing none of the flaws of the previous Tenchu games? Yeah.

I just wish it didn't take so much damn time to restart missions; maybe I should actually install HDLoader and see if that helps any...

  10. I agree though, it still looks like ass, and it most likely does offer very little interactivity with the environs (ugh). They need to make the level design a bit more epic than it actually is, maybe throw something intelligent into it. Because going around killing every enemy with the same technique which you could do for a good deal of tenhcu 3, gets boring. If they were to have each environment of the levels different and clever, seperating them from the way you play the other levels, that would make this a truly great game.
