Thread: Ocean's Twelve

  1. Ocean's Twelve

Caught the sneak preview last night since I liked the first. Everyone that went with that had seen the first and we were all in agreement that the sequel was just as good, if not better. The plot takes a semi twist which was good, seeing as I thought the whole movie was going to be about Andy Garcia's character chasing them through out the whole movie while they are trying to get the money back.

The movie focused less on Ocean and more on Rusty (Brad Pitt) and his relationship with Catherine Zeta Jones' character. Julia Roberts also plays a pretty funny part toward the end of the film. If you enjoyed the first then you will enjoy the second.

'Twas a good movie. I liked it better than the first. I have to either buy/rent it one day to check dates and times because I just feel the need to make sure they didn't fuck up in writing it.

Don't yell at the kitten. ^^

I saw the first film in theaters and really liked it. All the characters had an overly suave alure to them and they all spoke in lingo you really had to listen to twice to get clearly. I find it hilarious that Julia Roberts got angry that her name was publicised at the end of the cast in the tv and theatrical spots. Apparently, she really didn't want an "and" next to her name and got all hissy at the studio.
