First time I've heard of it. Seems very un-Kojima-like to me (considering the previous MGS titles were tailor-made for western players). Sounds like a hoax.

If it's true, then most likely they're probably referring to the Integral/Substance-like supplemental edition of MGS3 and not the actual MGS4 (why would they alienate the entire western market for the new title?).
