I was talking with some friends at work, about how if something happened to you in high school it made up your entire week, nowadays shit happens all the time and you don't even spend 5 minutes on it.

Seriously, everything felt like it was the end of the world. Even if you knew how to deal with things, things could make you feel bad way to easily.

And my prom was 6 years ago. Fun, but nothing too special. There have been much better nights since.

Which makes this post absolutely meaningless, other than the fact that it killed a few minutes as I wait for my ride home.

There was no way to tell it happened, it seriously just slipped right between her breasts and even if she had left it in there you couldn't see it. As is she went to the bathroom with a friend to probably bitch about me and cry a bit while they took it out. Then some other crap happened which dragged the night out forever and it wasn't brought up again, so while I could tell she was not pleased about the chicken it wasn't anything big, either.

If something like that happened to me, I would have probably laughed it off.

A lot of the people I work with are still going to high school so I get to listen to their drama while the older married women that work there makes jokes about me being a pedophile. But yeah, it's so easy to blow off most bullshit these days it's ridiculous.

My little sister is still in highschool and everytime I come home she reminds me of everything I didn't like about that place. So much pointless drama.
