Frosty the snowman
A wonderful life
All of these new specials are terrible. Grandma Got Run over by a Reindeer? Ech. The older stuff is better. Amongst my favorites...
TV:
Merry Christmas, Mr. Bean: The best Britain has to offer. Mr. Bean messes with his girlfriend's head without realizing it, loses his watch in a turkey, plays with a toy nativity scene (and some other toys), and gets a sock. Classic Bean.
Invader Zim's "The Most Horrible Christmas Ever": The more twisted side of holiday cheer. Good for when you've had waaay too much.
Movies:
National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation: The Griswald family is very unfortunate, this time at Christmas. Never can get enough of this.
Nightmare Before Christmas: The Zim Special of holiday movies. Again, for when you've had way too much of the season.
Best of the Best:
A Christmas Story: Jean Shephard's radio tales come to life. (Well, not that any of us would remember that.) I can sum up the pure bliss that makes TNT put this on all Christmas day every year in two words: NADDA FINGA!
The Charlie Brown Christmas Special: Linus knows the reason for the season. Bless your soul, Mr. Schultz, for leaving us with this, the most important form of Christmas entertainment.
Anyone else?

Frosty the snowman
A wonderful life
Kiss Saves Santa!
I watched Elf a week ago. I got a bit misty.
The best Christmas movie though:
A Charlie Brown Christmas
"Chuy, you're going to have a magical life. Because no matter where you go, it's always going to be better than Tucson."
Best Christmas cartoon ever:
I loves it.
I'm also a huge fan of Christmas Vacation and It's A Wonderful Life.
Best line in It's A Wonderful Life:
George Baily: MERRY CHRISTMAS MISTER POTTER!
Mr. Potter: AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR....... IN JAIL!
heh

Christmas Story. It's been my number 1 for about 15 years now.
Scrooge'd still holds up pretty well too. (Carole Kane as the Ghost of Christmas Present, is gold)
"You want us to staple the little antlers to thier heads?"

Christmas Story still is great. I'll take the Muppet Christmas Carol over Mickey's even though they're both good. Charlie Brown's Christmas...these are almost no-brainers.
Wow, thanks for reminding me about Mickey's Christmas Carol. It's been ages since I've seen that. I should dig it up for the baby brother.
Yes Mickey's Christmas carol is classic.. il love that one..
