Thread: Sega Saturn PC USB pad...

  1. I found a site that sells the authentic usb saturn controller. It feels just like the sega saturn game pad. The D-pad is very sturdy and the buttons are solid. Been using for Street Fighter 3rd Strike on Mame. I got it here.

  3. It does seem legit actually, but not the expert on this at all. 20 bucks is an ok price if it's real. Anyone able to tell?

If it's authentic I would hope it feels like the Saturn pad.

  5. The fake Saturn pads are actually pretty good, but they don't last.
By the time they're worked in, they're worn out.

I was under the impression that they're authentic. I bought two from Ebay and I love them.

I got two of them. Been using them for 6 months now, no problems at all. Let me add that I'm a terrible button masher

FWIW the pads in the link do appear to be legit. You can usually tell by the Sega logo on front (fakes usually don't have this) and the SLS sticker on the back (fakes don't have that sticker.) You can get them slightly cheaper on ebay, I got one from a seller in Hong Kong who had them for $20 shipped to the States.

  9. You got to be careful with those ebay guys though. Theres a lot of bootlegs on there from Hong Kong and it takes an awful long time to get your stuff. Sometimes you never get it. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. I'm glad I was able to find the legit ones.

  10. I was seriously borderline thinking this was some sort of spam account.

    I'm still thinking it...
