Thread: I would like to compare this PSP debate to the GC and Xbox debate

  1. I am going to wait on the DS until some better games come out. Right now there isn't really anything that looks too interesting. What are some games I can look forward to?

  2. In all truth... the biggest seller to me is the Final Fantasy III I've been wanting, America is finally caught up on the Final Fantasy series. Now if the tales games... heh anyways...

I wonder if I made a mistake jumping onto the DS so early.. but in that same matter it's too early to tell... But yeah what other games besides a delicious Castlevania and Final Fantasy III are there

There are no rules, only consequences.

    This doesn't work with WMPlayer.

  6. Really? Wow.... that's sad.

It's not sad because it does work. If it doesn't, turn off video acceleration. If the video is divx odds are it might not work.

  8. I want both systems to do well. No sense in wishing for a Nintendo monopoly to be removed just to see it replaced with a Sony one.

I want them both spending the next few years neck-in-neck, fighting like hell for my dollar. Hopefully keeping software costs low, and game efforts high. (wishful thinking)

  9. seth, I don't think it's really fair to call the RR DS devs "lazy", as they had next to no time to make the game, and opted to essentially port a game they were familiar with, rather than build something from the ground up, which would take more time than they would have available.

Except that it looks significantly worse than the N64 version, which was ugly when it came out.
