Wake up Dyne. The one is crap(Halo) that people could get if they wanted to and didn't change the gameplay AT ALL. The other rips actual content from the game and that is bullshit. It rips off the people that can't afford it and really want it and even if MS made it a free download later those same people that couldn't afford the game early surely can't afford XBOX Live.
