I personally haven't been able to get too excited about any MGS games since MGS2 turned out to be a 7 hour cutscene. Was the plot in MGS3 actually believable? I mean like, at ALL? The ridiculous plot in MGS2 just cut off my interest in the series. That said, MGS4 sure looks pretty damn impressive...

I never played the old NES games. MGS1 was the first one I played and I loved it. MGS2 had Ocelot with Liquid's hand attached to him that sent him into delusional convulsions. I can't remember anything in MGS1 that was anywhere near as stupid as that. Maybe my memory is just failing me...

Na, MGS 1 can't be toped. I had the best villians, and over all story. Which is why MGS 2 was so highly anticipated.

I don't think the hand things was that bad, but I think it could have been done more effectivly. I mean if they can have cyborge ninja's, then ocelotes hand is a given. NOTE, it's been known that people who recieve transplants such as livers or what ever from organ donors, to sometimes take on their personality at times. Strange, but true.
