I've worked at McDonalds for 4 years and then after that to present I've worked at a retail CD/DVD store called HMV. That's another 4 years. 8 years dealing with customers.

I know all about stupid customers and man do I want out. Time to get a nice salary desk job.

I run a company that does a good deal of business online, and I could tell stories that would make grown men cry. For instance, some people think that if they get a username/password for one web site, it works for the ENTIRE INTERNET. I get emails from people who wonder why their Amazon.com, AOL, Yahoo, etc. passwords won't work on my site.

Ask them for their user names and passwords and say you'll see what you can do.
