Rhino would be a great choice for a quickly foiled villain too.

Spiderman 4 needs to go back to ONE villain that's very well fleshed out. Doc Ock and GG were great because they were very involved with the story and better intertwined with Pete because they had more time on screen.

I want to see Lizard Man. Carnage would be the worst choice. He never anything but a third rate Venom. Give me one of the classics next time.

I prefer shocker to sandman. Those could be some AWESOME special effects too. I always wondered how bad shocker would fuck up venom.

Shocker is a friggin C list villian. Last time i saw him in a comic a bunch of kids took him down. Spiderman 4 will most likely be Venom. Make him a cold blooded serial killer and that will work.

Now my thoughts on the movie. If they got rid of all the garbage. Like the emo pimp walk, and mary jane doin the bloody TWIST in the kitchen. would be a grade A flick. As it stands its annoying as hell. Not enough Venom, and no real threat in the movie. As was said in a earlier post one villian would really center the movie around something everyone can get behind and care bout if spiderman wins. as it stands its all over the place. And since when did N.Y. including the Daily Bugle ever love Spiderman. that just annoyed the hell out of me.
